Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our business, we do not allow returns on our products.  However, at our sole discretion, we may issue an exchange or replacement item if the merchandise is received by the customer in a damaged or defective state.  In the event that damage has occurred or the item is defective, it is the customer's responsibility to inform our company of the issue right away, so that we are able to offer the best, most efficient assistance possible.  We can be reached at: Ph.
